Do I need a .ics or a .pst file?

I would like to share a calendar with a group, however, permissions will only allow me to share with individual addresses.  How can I share the calendar with the entire group without adding all the members individually?

Outlook live.

Thanks...

In my laboratory I am preparing test specimen, which are to control after 28, 56, 90, 180 and 365 days. In the Office 365 calendar I cannot use the arrow keys to  jump from one day/week to an other to fix the dates in the calendar.

When composing a message and trying to add recipiients from the Address book (after clicking on the 'To' button for example), I cannot seem to be able to search *everywhere* for a contact.

All options under the 'Address Book' group seem to ignore my personal contacts.

This makes it difficult to find someone that could be in either place. Is there an option that controls this?

I would like to be able to search for someone globally, and see the results (from the GAL, groups, users, contacts, etc).

Thanks

I'm checking out Office 365 to see if it can handle two-way syncing of calendar and contacts across multiple computers for my company.    Is it even possible?  We've got Outlook 2007 and 2010 on Vista and Win 7. I've poked around the forums, FAQ's and checked some other websites and I'm really surprised that it's not clear if Office 365 will even let you upload/edit your desktop calendar....which is what I thought Exchange/Office 365 was all about.  Any help would be appreciated..

Hi,

One of our Outlook Live customers reported that when attempting to open the calendar of a GAL Disabled mailbox via a sharing invite in Outlook 2010 SP1, they receive a pop-up reporting  "Outlook cannot open this folder."  However, if they open the calendar in OWA, they can view it with the appropriate permissions.

I have been able to replicate this issue with some of our Outlook Live test accounts.

Is this by design, or should the sharing invite from a GAL Disabled mailbox work?  Is there a TechNet article or KB that explains this?

We have to use GAL Disabled mailboxes for those customers protected by policy or governmental regulations per our legal department.  However, these mailboxes have to interact with non-GAL disabled mailboxes on a regular basis.

Therefore we would like an answer or a solution for this that we can pass on to our customers.

Thanks,
