Once I click on the options tab and go to the box to enter my email signature as soon as I click on it then the whole box grays itself out so that I can not change anything or type anything in text box or anything.  What is causing this?

Some folks in the two districts can communicate back and forth just fine so I don't think anything is blocked at a domain level. There are three individuals that can receive emails from our district, but cannot send anything back. Their email logs indicate that they have 'successfully' sent their emails, but nobody on our end ever receives THEIR emails. The last hop on the server logs of their 'successful' journey is at Microsoft.

Please Help or advise if this is something techs on either of our ends can mitigate.

Thanks

Wes Burleson

I recently migrated to microsoft 365 from windows live and I didn't know I could migrate my old email and things before i moved my domain. Is there anyway to do it now?

Last time I opened my email, it MADE me choose outlook web app - there was no way to access my email without agreeing to it!  I want the old format back.  Please help.  I've tried to change it in options, I can't.  I know this all makes me a useless techno-ignoramus but tough.  Please help!

I'm using IE 9, running on Windows Vista and never had this problem until recently.
