I cannot open links in emails and get the following message 'This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.'
This has only happened this week and I am the only person to use this machine. I have tried the 3 Fixes suggested in some other answers to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas please????

am confused help
I am in the process of moving my significant others email from a POP3 account accessed via Outlook 2007, to Outlook.com. The connector has been reasonably good about transferring most items; but Distribution Lists in Outlook do not seem to come across at
all. I know that Outlook.com uses "Categories" rather than groups, but how hard would it be, knowing the list of addresses in the Distribution List, to add those contacts to the Category.
As far as I can tell, while it looks like the list copies successfully when using the Outlook connector, if I go to Outlook.com on the web, the new group is empty. Closing Outlook and re-opening, syncs the empty group into the Outlook.com Contacts list.
Really, how hard would it be to implement something that would simply work. You (Microsoft) control both sides of the translation...just make it work.
when I receive email some of it is in mime format. can it be converted because i cant read it.
