I have setup my new email on Windows Mail, but when I send/receive it keeps asking me for my username & password.  Then comes up with error message

" Account: 'Office Overflow', Server: 'pod51015.outlook.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Command is not valid in this state.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC91"

I am using my Microsoft Office 365 login name & password, is this correct?
