Hi

Is there any way the domain part of a student email can be re-branded/moved after they leave College?

When our students leave I would like them to keep there accounts/skydrive etc but no longer have the college domain included in their email address or have their acount managed by  the college.

Regards

Nigel

Hi,

How can I recover a deleted mailbox when the recovery sign doesn't appear in the Deleted Mailboxes. The address that I want to recover it appears there but the sign to recover it it doesn't.

Please help.
Thanks

I have successfully added my domain to Office365 and am receiving inbound emails at my domain on the hosted Exchange service.

However, I can't see how to change the email address from which email are sent. They are still getting sent from @mydomain.onmicrosoft.com.

How do I change this so they get sent from @mydomain.com?

Thanks!

I recently got married and wish my email address had my new last name instead of my old.  HELP?!?

Hi,

You really need to add a catch all address into office 365.  It's a feature I find many of my Small Businesses can't survive without and it's as standard with your main competitor.

Thanks,
Al

My user is requesting another email address for his position.

I try to add the new email address in "Other Email Addresses" column and test to send but it didn't get to the primary email.

Do I need to create a new mailbox for the new email address first before my user can use the facilities?

But I want my user to use only one mailbox to receive from both email addresses.

Please help.

When I type a letter in the To section for a new email, for example N it brings up an email address that I no longer have correspondence to and wish to delete from being automatically generated. However, I have tried everything to delete this and it does not work.

I am unable to access my email account since last night. I was moved onto Outlook quite recently and have a hotmail.com email address. I receive the following error message:-

"The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
    moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

I have tried from my PC and a laptop many time over. My husband can access his emails from his hotmail.co.uk account with no problem.

I do need to access my emails urgently  so please HELP!

Hello there,

This is to ask if there is any space limitation for an email used for journaling in office365.

Thank you
