Hi there,

I am using the outlook web app through my university. for the last two weeks i have been able to log in but not click anything. i cannot open, delete or read messages. i also cannot right click. when i use another computer i have no issues. i havn't changed any of the settings.

Does any one have any suggestions of how to fix this? as it is beccoming a huge inconvienience.

I edited a Microsoft Word attachment and did NOT save it to my computer.  I just pressed save as I was working on the document.  Is there any chance I can find that edited version of my document?  I have done a search on my computer and it is no where to be found.  Thanks

My phone will not recieve any new emails directly.  I have to open outlook on my computer and check the email there first and then sync my phone.  When I sync or refresh it It only syncs emails that have already been recieved by my computer.  So it is kind of defeating the purpose of having the account on my phone if I can only recieve new emails on my computer.  I don't know if this is just a feature of the exchange account or an issue with either my phone or outlook.  Please help!

Usually I have no problem with this, but today it is impossible to enclose any kind of document into my emails, whatever the computer or browser I use. No error message is displayed either, it just loads forever. Does anyone have a suggestion about the cause or/and solution?

My email on my iPhone stopped working yesterday. I just told me there was a problem but no message. when I used my notebook computer, Outlook told me I had to log on to Microsoft on-line and then after I did that, you told me I had to change my password.

 

I am not happy about any of this. I prefer to change my password when I want to and when I need to, not based on your schedule. Also the iPhone user experience should be more transparent if there are problems.

 

What option do I use to turn off your automatic requirement for a password change?

How do I increase the number of E-mail ruiles that I can have?  I am unable to add more rules because it says that I have reached my limit.  At 90 rules, this is not alot.  Why must the rules be on the server and not on my local computer where I can have as many rules as I want?

I can't establish my iCloud, or other customers (@me.com) e-mail accounts on a Windows 7 computer with Outlook 2010.  I've signed in to iCloud Control Panel, but Outlook is reporting that it can't connect to the server.  I've verified the IMAP Server Settings with Apple support.  I work for Apple Retail and have been working with Microsoft Retail staff to resolve this issue for at least five different customers today.  I'd really appreciate some help. thanks!
