How do I delete Folders?  I've click on "Folders" on left-side menu ...nothing.  I've looked under "mail", "people", Options, FAQ's...I would like to add a new folder, which requires deleting an old one...I would like to either open the folder and then edit/delete the content or somehow  delete the entire folder, including it's title on the left-side menu...  HELP.   *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Whenever I go to my Inbox, or any other folder, the top message is usually selected. Not every time, but almost every time. Why? I don't like that at all. I don't want any messages selected until I click on the box to select them.

As far as I can tell, not only is it impossible to create a search folder in OWA, it is also not efficient at updating folders that were created for the mail account using a local Outlook application. Is there any possibility of the Search Folder capabilities being added to OWA?

I  received a message from a member of my family and saved it in a subfolder of the save folder.  A day later I received a message from another member of the family which referenced the message that I had received previously.  I saved that message in the same folder as the previous message.  Today I wanted to look at the first message.  It had vanished from the folder.  it is not in the Deleted folder.  Where did the message go?

At least part of the original message is in the second message but since attached messages are frequently edited to leave only the contents pertinent to the message being sent, I don't know if I have the entire original message in the second message.

So what did Microsoft do with the original message and how can I convince Microsoft not to do whatever it did?

I am using Office 365 for my exchange mail. I am also using Outlook 2010 & 2013 & iPhone. On all devices, even with Office 365 in Outlook some messages are showing up with blank bodies. Even messages I have sent in the sent folder. Is this a known issue? Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? I also have messages from Microsoft showing the same and can not get the content to show. I also have all domains that are showing up like this as safe senders.

Some have attachments and some do not.

View source also shows up empty if that helps.

I have three computers using Outlook Web App. Recently on two of the machines when I right click and select the "move to folder" option my list of available folders pops out but I am unable to choose any of them the web app kinda freezes and I have to restart it and log back in. This issue however doesn't follow me on the 3rd coputer.. Some one please help..

Thanks

Blane

I have an Office 365 e-mail account.  I connected to the Outlook Web Application and moved some e-mails from my inbox to another folder I had created.  However, when I connect to the same account through IMAP, all of the e-mails that I had moved in the OWA were still in the inbox!

Also, I connected to the account in Outlook via a direct connection to Exchange and tried to move some e-mails that way, but the OWA didn't sync with the changes I made.

Can somebody please tell me what's going on here?

we journal all email (in/out) to a public folder so that principal has an oveeview of his business.

After I transfer my emails to a folder, I am unable to view that email again. I checked: unread, read, and deleted items, and it's not in any other folder.
