When forwarding an email, I can’t find all my contacts to choose to whom I want to send it. Help

On old Hotmail, click BCC, all contacts would pop up, and you could click on the ones that the mail is relevant to where you could send it to them.. The new outlook, I click forward and the only names I can find are people sent to recently, I can't find a complete list of my contacts where I can make my selections to send to who I want..

Zeilenabstand Mailbox-Baum?

Hallo,

Ich spiele mit dem Gedanken, mein Office 2010 auf 2013 zu upgraden, aber ich bin auf Outlook mit 15 Mailkonten angewiesen. In 2010 habe ich alle Posteingänge in den Favoriten, und darunter die Baumansicht. Das ist schon ganz schön viel zu scrollen, aber es geht. Nun hatte ich die Möglichkeit, bei einem Verwandten Outlook 2013 zu sehen. Ich konnte daran nicht rumspielen, da es produktiv war, aber er zeigte mir mal grob was anders ist, da auch er den Vergleich hatte, sein Arbeitgeber aber Office 2013 in der Firma hat. Da fiel mir auf, dass der Zeilenabstand im Mailboxbaum ziemlich groß ist. Das wäre natürlich für mich ein Faktor, der problematisch ist. Tablet hin oder her, gibts nicht irgendeinen Trick den Zeilenabstand zu reduzieren? Was weiß ich, Registry, Configs oder so? Ich wäre euch dankbar, mein letztes Problem geklärt zu haben. Ansonsten, wie wäre es, oder ist es möglich, alle Programme (Was hier so läuft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access und so) auf 2013 zu nehmen, aber Outlook bei 2010 zu lassen?

error receiving mail in Outlook 2010 pro

Just about every time I open Outlook 2010 Pro, I get an error when it is receiving mail.  I can shut Outlook down and restart and maybe it will receive mail.  Sometimes it requires multiple restarts before it will receive and send email.  I have W7 and Office 2010 Pro installed on my unit with cable provider connecting to the internet.

Outlook 2007 – Pulling mail from separate accounts.

I have 2 mail accounts in Outlook 7 coming through the same server, Cox. When I pull my mail in one of them I received mail for both accounts. Due to computer problems I had to do a re-install and now cannot figure out how to separate the delivery of my mail. Previous to the re-install they were delivered separately. Please help!!

Unable to get all the mails from inbox

My outlook is unable to extract all the mail's automatically from the linked inbox, i have to go manually to the mail box through internet and check the mails periodically, and i am also unable to send the mails to multiple Id's, its taking a very long time for that. can anyone please help me in this issue.

Kein Mail Eintrag in der Systemsteuerung

Hallo,

wegen einer Frage in einem Forum, wollte ich heute etwas unter Systemsteuerung->Mail nachsehen.

Dummerweise habe ich da keinen gefunden. Auf ein paar Supportseiten von MS wird zu Outlook 2013 aber auch auf diesen Eintrag hingewiesen, also gehe ich mal davon aus, dass es den generell schon geben würde.

 

Wenn ich die Systemsteuerung öffne->kleine Symbole, gibt es dort keinen Eintrag "Mail", eine Suche nach "Mail","eMail","E-Mail" brachte sowohl in dem Fenster der Systemsteuerung, noch in der Windowssuche ein Ergebnis. (Nur das Mail Programm von Windows selber)

 

System: Windows 8 pro 64 Bit

Office: Die englische Office 365 Preview Version (Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher dort gab es den Eintrag noch) habe ich deinstalliert und dann die Downloadversion von Office 365 (über Amazon) installiert. Das war vor ca. 2 Wochen. Da die E-Mailkonten übernommen wurden, kann ich jetzt aber nicht sagen, ob es das Symbol direkt nach der Installation gab. Ich habe zwischenzeitlich aber keine größeren Programme oder sonst irgendwas installiert, an Windows selber wurde auch nichts geändert.

 

Im Moment läuft Outlook zwar und ich kann z.B. Konten neu anlegen, bei der Preview Version musste ich aber 2 mal ein neues Profil anlegen, ich möchte das Problem also lieber nicht ignorieren. ;)

 

Hat jemand vielleicht eine Idee? (Die nicht eine Neuinstallation des Systems beinhaltet ;) )

All my mail is being saved on my Optus Webmail. How do I stop this from happening?

I have Office 2010 on Windows 8.

I have a Mac and my mail was recently moved to Outlook. I lost all of my “group” contacts and I can’t make new groups

I was recently moved to Outlook from Hotmail. A lot of my contacts [individuals] were moved, but not all. I also gained a few I don't even know. The problem is none of my groups were moved when this transfer happened and I can't figure out how to make new ones or find out how to get the old ones back. I started to make one but couldn't find it after I made it. Then how do you forward mail using groups once there made.
As it stands I have to individually add one name at a time when forwarding mail. It worked so good, why did they change it? Help
