please someone help this is driving me mad
i have an iphone 5, ios6
i have set my hotmail account up no problem, tried to set my university email account up on microsoft exchange and it won't verify
settings> Mail, Contacts, Calenders> Add Account> Microsoft exchange.
then i come to a screen which asks me for my email, password and description. Its not asking me for a domain. once i've filled in my account and click next it says its verifying and then it times out.
help? thank you :)

I have been using outlook live for some time for my domain and it has been working perfectly. Recently I have noticed the following problem:
When I try to set up an email account in an email client (e.g. outlook or iPhone), auto-discovery works perfectly for some user accounts but not for others. In particular, for some accounts, it asks for the server name and credentials and when I manually enter the server address (e.g. pod51000.outlook.com) and the correct credentials it cannot connect and keep asking for credentials (although they are correct).
This problem occurs now for every new user mailbox that I create. The existing mailboxes work (most of them).
All user accounts belong to the same domain and they are all accessible using the url http://mail.mydomain.com.
Any ides?

I seem to be having an issue with accounts, mail is getting bounced back. It seems to be a error to other people (who said MS fixed a configuration problem at the gateway?)

I have used Office Live for two years with my Exchange account automatically created when I bought Office 2010 in France (special offer for Education - I am teacher). This account is created as firstname.lastname@prof-enligne.fr. I use this account online (Outlook Web App) and with my Windows Phone 7 without any problem.
The problem is that I cannot connect this account with Microsoft Office 2010 : the configuration wizard cannot find the parameters of the server. The same problem appears with the E-mail application of Windows 8 (Customer Preview). I would really like to use this account created and entirely administrated by Microsoft with Office and Windows 8. I plan to buy a Surface Tablet, but I won't do it if I cannot use my account with it...
How can I configurate this kind of account ?

I am having a problem with changing my email signature. Every time I go to change it, the box becomes shaded, not allowing me to input anything. I don't know how to fix this.
5 days ago I can't sync with any smartphone on exchange live. I don't see any logon in administration site. I don't change anything on my iphone4 or Samsung Galaxy s3.

Hi, my my problem is that, Alwys I receive an email says my emails are rejected,,but I do get emails with this note,,people who sent emails to me, they say my email not working, since they recieve same note. I attach some of below,,please help.

I want to tell you that the online version of Exchange at the low rate per month is so much better than the issues I have had this week with getting access to Hotmail. I have to have a central email system that is online 24 x 7, and hotmail has been nice, but this week has been a problem. Thank you for building a better solution that can be up 24 x 7. I used to manage an Exchange Server, and I use Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7 64 bit laptop, so the interface comes naturally to me.

Outlook client on desktop for two different users / computers is working SLooowwlly lately. Unusable. We have been using the Web Outlook to get by. We are using server BLUPRD0611.mailbox.outlook.com.
Please look into this as it is killing productivity and VERY FRUSTRATING.
