I need to schedule appointments 3 times per six school weeks. Due to school holidays, the appointments don't always fall every other week so the available patterns for recurring appointments don't work. Currently I choose every 2 weeks and move them around. When I do this each appointment that is moved is no longer included in the recurring appoint so the invitees have to be added to each one. If I add the invitees first, they get an email everytime I move the appointments to the correct dates. Is there a better or more efficient way to do this?
I just made the leap to windows 8 and I want to be able to read my email from school. I set-up the account, but I cannot send/receive email from it. The info on the main settings page doesn't help, or atleast what I have tried doesn't help.
The same goes for my windows 7.5 Samsung focus phone.
Hello,
We use Outlook Live fore email at our school. I have a request from somebody who has Microsoft Office 2010 Pro on their computer and wants to download their calendar from the website to incorporate/import into the Outlook client on her computer. I can't find anything in the help section to help me with this.
Thanks.

So I di not want to convert my hotmail to an outlook account. I was not given the option to do this and had I been given this option I would have declined it. I only have the outlook because my school requires it. I do not watn my personal email merged with my school email. Please send me instructions on how I return my email to a functional hotmail account. I find outlook to be annooying and filled with too many options and add ons. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE inform me on how to rectify this situation.
Thanks,

Hello,
I have been searching for an answer in the forums but no luck yet. Like a lot of people, I've switched from my hotmail to my school email, and have forwarding on for things to come from my hotmail account to the school account. Previously, I had done the opposite--only using my hotmail and having the school account forwarded. Now, I am receiving double emails, and I think it may be because I need to turn the forwarding option off on my school Outlook account.
I have tried to locate the "stop forwarding" in the account section like other posts have said, but when I click on 'Options' I don't see an account section anywhere. Help is greatly appreciated!
Hi, when I first got this school email I think I entered my personal email address for my incoming email to get forwarded to. But this doesn't show up in the inbox rules of my school's email account, and while I get the emails received from this account on my other email address, they don't show up on this account's inbox. Any idea how I can cancel the forwarding? Or keep it forwarded yet have the email still show up in my inbox?
for example, can i use it at home?
