Although I did not choose the "new" program, i guess I have to live with it.  However, why do I not see a TOOLBAR st the top.  Tried to reduces the size, but unable to do so.

1. There is no alert when emails come through

2. When emailing via links on website, it defaults to lotus - which I cannot use now.

3. Searching for old emails is very slow.

4. Doesn't save many email addresses

5. Doesn't give the choice when there are duplicate names

6. Cannot copy and paste

7. Can't print an email before its sent

5. Toolbar is insufficient

When I click on a link in a mail I get a message :

"Cancled because of limitations on the computer"

Earlier this day there where no problem.

The problem came after I removed Google Crome and Google toolbar from my computer. They were installed automatic when I updatede Adobe Flash Player.

I find two things very annoying in the Office 365 Mail app:

  • You have to click twice to get to a Junk mail tab (should be immediately available at top level on toolbar
  • There is no Select All radio box at the top of the mail lists as there is in Outlook.com.  In that interface you can Select all the items in a column of mail by simply checking that box above the list setting.
  • Control + A does not seem to work to Select all the items in a particular mail folder.

Hi, I work for Santee School District in CA.  We use Microsoft Outlook Web mail.  I cannot find the toolbar or customizing bar on my mail page.  Where is it?

The tool bar that comes with the message does not have a print icon.  When I print from firefox toolbar only the inbox portion prints.  I only want the message.

I published a calendar from Outlook 2007 and used the webcals address to add it to Outlook Live. However, the calendar in Outlook Live always says "This calendar hasn't been updated yet. If it doesn't update within 10 minutes, verify the calendar URL by clicking Share in the Calendar toolbar, and then clicking Show Calendar URL."

I followed those instructions and copied and pasted the URL into a new browser tab; it prompts me to open with a program and if I choose Outlook 2007, it opens without a problem - so the URL does not appear to be the issue.

I also tried sharing the calendar from Outlook 2007 to Outlook Live by sending the email invitation; when it arrives in my Outlook Live inbox I clicked to add the calendar and it shows up in the calendar list, but with the same message about "This calendar hasn't been updated yet."

I have been adding and removing calendars, trying different ways to get my calendar synched between Outlook 2007 and Outlook Live for more than a week, with no luck. I also tried following suggestions at http://community.office365.com/en-us/f/176/t/44476.aspx to no avail. I do not want to try canceling my account and setting up a new one (as that user did) because I have an edu domain and I think it has to be set up/approved by them.

I thought that the migration to Outlook Live was going to make it easier to access my personal calendar on my phone, but I can't even get the calendar onto the web.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Make the top more compact so we have more space vertically to read messages, simplifying the menus and toolbars would be great!
