Using Office 365 OWA.  Had no junk email yesterday, but today I find over 270 emails in the Junk folder.  Most are older emails that I've already put into other folders and are not junk.  They date from last week all the way back to 2007.

Did you Microsoft guys have a bad update installed over the weekend that is misclassifying old email as junk?  Please fix this immediately!!  I'm not going to waste my time fixing your mistakes.

When I began college last year, I set my school email to forward all messages to an AOL account. Now that I have an IPhone and can check my school email instantly, I was hoping to undo email forwarding. However, I cannot find where to do this. I think the problem may be that there was a large update to our email accounts last semester and changed a lot of the settings. Anyways, is there anything I can do?

I am trying to set up my outlook 2011 and it is says "Note that Outlook 2011 requires Exchange Server 2007 SP1 Update Rollup 4 or later."  I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS!!!!  PLEASE HELP!!!

I noticed that Outlook.com just got a huge new update that looks great, but it didn't push to my school email address? Will we be getting this new update, or will we just stick with the '90's email?

I've had a few questions about being able to search our calendars in the OWA. Is there a way to do that currently or do you know if that is apart of a future update?

Thanks.

I have been having a conversation back and forth with someone via email. Now with the new update, all of the emails are zipped up in the little drop down arrow. Is there any way to disable this so I can see all of my messages in an email window?

I keep getting the same message in my cell phone tries to sync with outlook.  It shows Update Securtiy Settings or Server Unavailable.

Before the update to Outlook, you could add different emails(ie ##########@hotmail.com) attached to the original edu account that would be stored into a folder associated to the email. So what happen to those addresses, I tried sending an email to it and hotmail returned me an undelivered response. I hope that you did not get rid of this feature because I receive important emails to that folder.

Since the change my phone does not combine my old email with my new one. The new one only has emails that I have sent since the update not my old ones. It also does not include any of my emails in the various folders I have on this email account. Most of my new contacts are not on the new email as well. I don't have time to go look up every email address I need on the old email from my phone. This is a very urgent matter.

I published a calendar from Outlook 2007 and used the webcals address to add it to Outlook Live. However, the calendar in Outlook Live always says "This calendar hasn't been updated yet. If it doesn't update within 10 minutes, verify the calendar URL by clicking Share in the Calendar toolbar, and then clicking Show Calendar URL."

I followed those instructions and copied and pasted the URL into a new browser tab; it prompts me to open with a program and if I choose Outlook 2007, it opens without a problem - so the URL does not appear to be the issue.

I also tried sharing the calendar from Outlook 2007 to Outlook Live by sending the email invitation; when it arrives in my Outlook Live inbox I clicked to add the calendar and it shows up in the calendar list, but with the same message about "This calendar hasn't been updated yet."

I have been adding and removing calendars, trying different ways to get my calendar synched between Outlook 2007 and Outlook Live for more than a week, with no luck. I also tried following suggestions at http://community.office365.com/en-us/f/176/t/44476.aspx to no avail. I do not want to try canceling my account and setting up a new one (as that user did) because I have an edu domain and I think it has to be set up/approved by them.

I thought that the migration to Outlook Live was going to make it easier to access my personal calendar on my phone, but I can't even get the calendar onto the web.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.
