Hi,

I have encountered an irritating bugg/feature i Microsoft Outlook 2011 for mac. When doing a search in a mailbox I usually select an email to see if it is the one I´m looking for, but almost always Outlook changes the selected email as more emails are found. This is extremely frustrating and annoying. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Or can you please fix this! It makes searching really frustrating and time-cosuming.

I unable to attach a PDF (Acrobat Pro 9 - CS5) to Mac Outlook 2011. The following error message shows up:

Error message:

An error occurred while trying to create a mail document. Acrobat is unable to complete your request.

The default email program is set to Outlook. It’s working fine for Apple Mail. As I found out this has been a long-term bug within Acrobat <-> Outlook. Is there a workaround for this? I really to need to send PDF to Outlook. Any help would be grateful. Thanks.

Using Outlook 2011 on my MacBook Pro.  Up until my vacation last week everything was working mostly fine.

I have my Outlook set up as an IMAP email and my iPhone set up as POP Account for the same email.  Generally, when I check my emails on my phone nothing corresponds with my outlook which is fine.  When I came back from vacation all the emails in outlook were showing as read, even though I hadn't read them, even on my phone, although I had checked them on my phone and read a couple.  

Now it seems if I'm away from my desk and I just check my email on my phone, when I come back and look at my outlook all the messages that came in show as read.

Please help!

Outlook continually ask for my password, sometimes two or three times in a row.  After that it normally functions fine.  I keep checking the remember my password box also.

Hi - I can  no longer send an email to an entire group.  The most email address that show up from the group is about 30.  How can I get outlook to post all the email addresses, as it use to, so I can send to all the contacts in the group?  Thank you.

Outlook on mac gives mailbox size quota warning 50GB. No archive is enabled. How to solve this issue
I have not used Outlook for ages, I use Apple Mail, but I want to look at my old Outlook (and Entourage emails). I have backups called Main Identity. How do I get at the stuff in them, using either Outlook 2011 or 2016? The MS help pages talk about importing  .pst files, but I can't see these in my backups. I am sure I am missing something obvious.

I am having an issue creating a rule to move data out of the inbox into an archive folder.

I want to move info prior to 2010 into a new folder.

I enter the rule as any messages older than 2190 days and set the folder and save.

When I go back into the rule,, the days are at 2

Any suggestions?

When creating new email, as soon as I start typing contact name into To: box, the Contacts drop down appears and then immediately disappears before I can choose the name?  This has only just started happening??

As of yesterday my exchange account stopped working completely on my mac mail.

I cannot send of recieve emails but the connection doctor is showing connected to server.

Apple cannot help me. I really need to resolve this as it is my work account.
