Having this issue for more than 2 weeks now.

My MS outlook has two emails accounts configured. One with exchange server and other GMAIL. Exchange server account is working perfectly fine, GMAIL account was also working perfectly until this error started coming while sending emails. Receiving is perfect.

0x800CCC13 cannot connect to network. Verify your network connection or modem.

I have tried all the troubleshooting options available online but in vain. (Changing TLS port, Create new profile, Re configure GMAIL account, Exchange cache mode offline etc)

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help with a real strange one. If I send an email in Outlook 2013 (say to Gmail) the email content is fine, if they reply with the original text, again this is received fine by me in Outlook, but if I reply again then the
person in Gmail received strange characters, e.g:

– Our first-hand experience means we know what we\re
talking about

– We\re a friendly bunch, answering the phone quickly and responding to e-mails promptly ` you can deal with the same person

Please do let me know if there\s anything I can help with!

Basically it looks like it’s turn ‘ into well, I don’t know what? It’s strange it only happens after the message has been replied to twice?

Any thoughts?

Cheers

Darren

I have Gmail set up in Live Mail in pop3 mode.

WLM doesn’t seem to be deleting the messages from Gmail’s trash folder.

Any way around this?

Hello

At home we have no problem. We’re now abroad my sister and I.

Sister’s MAC Gmail IMAP account can send in Outlook.

My machine Windows, Gmail IMAP account exactly the same setting receiving but not sending in Outlook

What the F???

Yet again another + for Macs

Can anyone explain.

Mac has TLS Certificate on ‘None’ then in advanced it says Use default ports (25, 465, 587) but doesn’t say which one is being used.

On Windows it’s set on TLS port 25 but I’ve tried all the others none to SSL with all different ports, and not working.

Comes up with “The server responded: 421 cannot connect to SMT”

I have moved many emails from my exchange email account to my gmail account using Outlook 2011 for Mac.

Those emails are all part of folders/labels. When I check my Gmail account in the browser I see only a part of the emails that I moved. Checking Outlook reveals, that:

– “Sync is pending for this folder”

– Outlook starts to upload the emails that have not been synced before

– It looks like the upload is successful, no error messages, one by one all emails get uploaded

– But they never appear in Gmail

– Outlook starts the whole process all over again

This has been going on for days now. Closing Outlook, rebooting… nothing seems to help.

Does anyone else experience these issues?

Thanks for any help!

I have a client that is running Office 2013 on a Windows 7 computer. The customer uses gmail and imap settings within Outlook 2013. The customer has had issues with recieving newly sent messages show up in sent items. The user can go to gmail and the sent
items are there. The check box is checked to save sent items within the settings. I have seen other forums that said this is by design is that true? Thanks

I have three Hotmail email addresses but because I didn’t need to use passwords recently when opening Windows live they have been forgotten.

I made a change and now read my hotmail through Gmail but for reasons unknown Gmail is now unable to access pop accounts and require the passwords.

Can you please advise how I can reset new passwords for all hotmail accounts I assume from within Windows live mail. Thanks in advance for your help

Recently upgraded to Outlook 2013. Was able to set up gmail account as IMAP on new computer and pulled all e-mails. However, now, every time I hit send/receive, it takes greater than 10 minutes to synch up. I have seen many discussions on point, but I
have not been able to find an working answer. Thanks!

For instance I get email updates for subscriptions and paypal  payments. In gmail all the subscriptions show up one after another – in the same email. One from today will go right on top of one from today and gmail will show me how messages are in that queue.
Ditto with paypal payments but with Outlook each subscription/paypal payment is given it’s OWN email.

The same with  email discussions with  someone – each  email is given it’s own section. To delete a discussion   with six email exchanges in it I  have to delete six emails  instead of just deleting one as  in  gmail.

That takes a lot more   work.

I don’t know where to go for help… this weekend my Outlook 2011 on Mac became unusable as it crashes and shutdown about 15 secs after starting up every time , seemingly while it connects and wants to synch with gmail acc. The following is the error message.
Ive tried deleting and reinstalling Exchange but to no avail…. anyone got any ideas ?

am pulling my few remaining hairs out !!!

thanks

Paul
